• Shipping or New Owner’s Fault:

• If the plant’s condition deteriorates due to shipping issues (such as prolonged transit time, extreme temperatures, or mishandling) or negligence on the part of the new owner (such as improper care), no refund will be provided.

• We recommend the following steps upon delivery:

• Inspect the plant thoroughly.

• Follow care instructions promptly. DO NOT OVER WATER!!! IT WILL CAUDE ROOT ROT

• Reach out to us immediately if you notice any issues.

• Customer Messages for Help:

• If a customer contacts us for assistance and diligently follows our guidance, but the plant still fails to thrive, there is a higher likelihood of refund eligibility.

• We appreciate proactive communication and encourage customers to seek advice if they encounter any problems.

• Plant Health Guarantee:

• We stand by the quality of our plants. If a plant arrives in poor health or does not survive within the first 30 days after delivery, we will assess the situation.

• Factors considered include:

• Proper care (following care instructions).

• Environmental conditions (light, humidity, temperature).

• Any pre-existing issues (visible upon delivery).

• Refunds or replacements will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

• Transit Damage:

• If a plant arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

• Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and plant.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will assess the extent of damage and provide a suitable resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit).

Refund Options

• Store Credit:

• Refunds may be issued as store credit, depending on the specific case.

• Store credit can be used for future purchases within our store.

Exceptions

• Custom Orders: Customized or special orders are non-refundable unless there are defects or damage.

• Sale Items: Sale items are eligible for refunds, but the refund amount may vary based on the sale price.

Please note there are absolutely 0 refunds for damages that happened during shipping. This is solely at buyer's risk and expense as stated in the shipping policys, although we will do our best to help you keep your plant alive and or in best health if something does accure
