  • All plants will be shipped within 3 business days of placing your order, unless you are a resident of the Kootenay region in which case you can contact us directly for alternative arrangements.

Special Considerations for West Kootenay Residents:

  • West Kootenay residents have the option to message us directly for personalized delivery arrangements. We will provide you with information regarding our next scheduled visit to your area.

  • If you prefer, Kootenay residents can opt to use Canada Post for delivery instead of our personalized service.

Outside Shipping Parties:

  • Please note that orders shipped by external parties such as Canada Post, FedEx, etc., are at the buyer's risk and expense. While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of your plants, we recommend considering your local climate and conditions when selecting shipping options.

Express Shipping:

  • All orders, unless delivered personally to west Kootenay residents, are shipped via express shipping services. This ensures that your plants arrive in the shortest time possible, minimizing any stress they may endure during transit.
